Description

It is difficult to find out if the vegetables in Bali are really organic. At local markets farmers receive the same amount for organic vegetables and non-organic vegetables. Households and restaurants pay painfully high prices for organic products, can not get timely deliveries and because of a long supply chain, the fruits and vegetables are not often fresh anymore.

The solution is the social enterprise Bali Coop which is a fair trade hub for organic fruits and vegetables. They cultivated a relationship with a strong network of Balinese farmers from whom they collect organic fruits and vegetables. Bali Coop guarantees daily deliveries of fresh and certified organic products at yummy prices! As well offer the farmers better than existing market prices, market intelligence and expertise on organic farming and permaculture.

Bali Coop’s vision is to make Bali an organic food paradise.
